The expansion and development of new sporting disciplines is a key strategy for the overall development of Sport in Tobago. To this end the Division of Sport and Youth Affairs is pleased to collaborate with the newly formed Squash Club of Tobago to introduce Squash through regular training sessions.

The free training sessions would be made available to children and young adults that are interested in learning the sport. These sessions will be facilitated every Thursday from 4:30PM – 6:00PM at the Grafton Beach Resort, Black Rock, Tobago. The initiative comes after the introduction of Squash to Tobago through practical sessions and a two-day Christmas Squash Camp.

The Department of Sport will provide technical support as it remains committed to growing sporting opportunities on the island. Interested persons are required to train in a non-marking sport shoe and all other squash equipment will be provided. Interested persons are asked to contact Kenneth Bissoon at 371-3250 or Sport Development Officer Alloy Le Fai at 359-1354 for further information.
