The Division of Sport and Youth Affairs is seeking to recruit suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of Project Manager- Regional, Recreational Facilities.
The Incumbent is ultimately responsible for the strategic planning, management, implementation, and evaluation of development projects in the Division of Sport and Youth Affairs (DSYA). The incumbent undertakes strategic and technical work in the field of project management and is responsible for planning, directing and coordinating the DSYA’s activities, and ensuring that strategic goals, objectives and benefits of the projects are accomplished within prescribed timelines and budget.
Minimum Experience and Training-
- Minimum of seven (7) years managerial experience in the field of Project Management and Implementation and Engineering or Architecture
- Training as evidenced by a Bachelor of Science Degree in Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, Architecture or a related field.
- Post Graduate Qualification in Construction Management, Project Management, Engineering, Architecture, Urban Planning or any appropriate Social Science from an accredited University.
