The Castara Youth Development Centre is continuing its Skills Training Programmes with classes on Events Decorating. These classes will commence on November 1st and conclude on December 14th, 2019. Participants will be exposed to the various methods and materials involved in putting together an attractive event. Sessions will take place on Saturdays only and registration is open to persons between the ages of 12 to 29 years old.
